Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 8 days using Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

For calculated shipping rates:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nat20 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or defective you can contact us at contact@nat20.com.au to organise a return. If the item was damaged in transit, please leave the product in the parcel. Ideally include photos and the delivery address the product was delivered to so we can expedite the process.

Change of Mind

We accept products for change of mind so long as the product is returned sealed in its original packaging, is within 30 days of purchase and shipped at the buyer's expense. We'll then issue a credit to you or allow an exchange.
